Recently our cafe, Corner Grind Bakery, had a welcomed addition of two talented bakers. From pastries and delicious early morning treats to decadent and sinfully delicious desserts, our mouths were watering while our photographer, compliments of TWA, captured the sugary confections on camera.
It is rare for a catering and events firm to have an exclusive baking and pastry team at its disposal. This is typically an area that most catering firms feel deserves to be outsourced to any number of vendors. At Illinois Crafted we have decided to bring the talent not just to our venues but into our kitchens.
From homemade strudels and sugary scones, our baking team has been wowing us. We are so excited to share that we now not only offer full getting-ready packages for our Mead Hall & Cidery in Elburn, but our baking team is traveling to Ottawa, Utica, Sycamore, Maple Park, Burlington and so many other locations throughout the Chicago suburbs and Illinois Valley.
